Service Authorization
By confirming a booking, the customer authorizes PackersKart™ to perform packing, loading, transportation, unloading, and related services as agreed. This may include handling goods via third-party transporters when required.
Reservation of Rights
PackersKart™ reserves the right to refuse or cancel services in cases of unsafe goods, incorrect information, non-payment, restricted items, or circumstances beyond operational control. We may also adjust service schedules due to traffic, weather, or regulatory requirements.

Customers are encouraged to opt for transit insurance for additional protection. Transit insurance, if opted by the customer, will be subject to the insurer's terms and claim procedures.
Payment Terms
Customers are required to make payments as per the agreed quotation. Final charges may vary based on actual goods volume, additional services, or unforeseen operational requirements.
